Terms of Service

Service: OMS (Overseas Management System) at oms-et.me

1. Agreement

By using OMS you agree to these terms. If you use an agency workspace, you also act under the agency that invited you.

2. The service

OMS is software that helps licensed overseas employment agencies run day-to-day operations in one workspace. Features can differ by agency and staff access.

3. Accounts

• Staff accounts are invitation-only. There is no public consumer signup.
• Keep login details private and information accurate.
• Optional Google sign-in must use the same email as your OMS account.
• Agency administrators manage invites, access, and removals.

4. Acceptable use

Do not:

• Try to break into, probe, or disrupt OMS
• Upload unlawful or harmful content
• Misuse personal or candidate data
• Share logins or bypass access limits

5. Agency responsibility

Data entered by an agency remains that agency’s responsibility. The agency must have a lawful reason to process it. OMS provides the software and processes data to run the service.

6. Intellectual property

OMS software and branding belong to the platform operators or licensors. Agencies keep rights in their own uploaded content, with the permission OMS needs to host and show it.

7. Availability

We aim for reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Features and these terms may change. Continued use after updates means acceptance.

8. Liability

OMS is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Agencies remain responsible for their compliance and how they handle cases.

How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
