Plain language on how OMS uses information when you visit oms-et.me or work inside an invited agency workspace.
Effective: 7 September 2026
Service: OMS (Overseas Management System) at oms-et.me
1. What this covers
This policy covers the public site and the signed-in OMS application used by licensed overseas employment agencies and their invited staff. It also covers optional Google sign-in for those staff accounts.
2. What OMS is
OMS is business software that helps agencies manage overseas employment work in one place. Each agency has its own workspace. Staff join by invitation — there is no public self-registration.
3. Information we collect
Account details
- Name, email, and phone (when provided)
- Agency membership and access level
- Sign-in credentials and session information
Optional Google sign-in
If you link Google, we may receive your Google email and basic profile details needed to connect that account to your OMS user. We use this only for sign-in. We do not ask for Gmail, Drive, contacts, or ad-related access.
Work data entered by the agency
- Candidate and case information entered by staff
- Uploaded documents needed for agency operations
- Notes, statuses, and settings inside the workspace
Technical data
- IP address, browser, device type, and similar security logs
- Cookies or local storage needed for sessions and preferences
4. How we use it
- Run and secure agency workspaces
- Authenticate users and control access
- Provide support and keep the service reliable
- Meet legal obligations when required
We do not sell personal information.
5. Sharing
We may share information with:
- Hosting, database, auth, storage, and email providers that help run OMS
- Administrators inside the same agency workspace
- Authorities when the law requires it
Work data entered by an agency stays under that agency’s control for its operations. OMS processes it to provide the software.
6. Retention & security
We keep account and work data while it is needed for the service, security, and legal requirements. We use HTTPS, access controls, and workspace isolation. No system is perfectly secure.
7. Your choices
- Update profile details in OMS where available
- Ask your agency admin to change or remove staff access
- Unlink Google when another sign-in method is available
- Request access, correction, or deletion where local law allows
8. Children
OMS is for agency use. It is not directed at children.
9. Changes
We may update this page. The effective date above changes when material updates are published.
10. Contact
Start with your agency’s OMS administrator, or use support channels listed on oms-et.me.
